Work of the Month

The Contini Art Gallery is glad to present you the video installation by Fabrizio Plessi, who with a simulation of waterfalls enriches the windows of the entire faҫade of Palazzo Pestrin, located in Calle Larga XXII Marzo,
San Marco 2288, Venice. Inside is hosted a
collective exhibition of international artists,
and solo exhibitions and Fabrizio Plessi
Enzo Fiore.

The exhibition is open every day from 10:30
am until 1:00pm and from 2:00pm until 7:30pm.

Enzo Fiore

	Enzo Fiore was born in Milan on July 13, 1968. After attending an artistic lyceum in Milan, he received his diploma in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera under the tutelage and guidance of Luciano Fabro, a firm believer in Poor Art (Arte Povera). During the following years, Enzo dedicated his talents to restoration of antique paintings as well as designing theatrical settings. In 1996 he begins an important collaboration with the Fabbrica Eos Gallery of Milan. In 2006 he becomes acquainted with gallery owner and dealer Stefano Contini with whom he begins to collaborate. Exhibitions have been held both in Venice and Cortina d’Ampezzo . Since his debut as an artist in 1997, Fiore takes his material from nature itself to create his portraits and recreations of important works, a unique technique utilizing musk, twigs, roots, earth, stones, resin and cement which all combine in becoming his instruments to create forms suspended between reality and fantasy.
