Homage to Igor Mitoraj: Venice

A permanent exhibition dedicated to the great master Igor Mitoraj, whose bronzes and marbles enrich the halls of our headquarters in Venice.

His art is distinguished by the use of fragmented human figures - serene faces, mutilated bodies - that evoke the fragility of the human condition, the passing of time and the wounds of history. Deeply inspired by Greek-Roman sculpture, Mitoraj interprets myth and antiquity with a contemporary vision, creating works charged with melancholic beauty and mystery. His sculptures fill squares and museums around the world, offering the public a silent dialogue between past and present.
